Self-care: I would define it as doing whatever you define as caring for yourself - meaning anything that fills up your energy well. We often hear or have been told to: "Men Up" or "Women Up" and these two common terms are often used at our weakest. When we are putting stuff out in the world that requires our energy - we need to receive stuff back from the world to fill our energy. It is a give-and-take situation. The problem is that often there is an imbalance in the output and input of our energy.
