The Ngqabutho Mabhena Show: What Ezra Tshisa Sibanda Posted On His Facebook Page

Greetings comrades…

In one of the videos we did discuss the issue of holders of Zimbabwe Exemption Permits, who invested their monies in this business entity being led by Comrade Luke Dzviti – with Cde Dzviti having been the Chairperson of Zimbabwe Immigration Federation.

When we spoke to some comrades in the Zimbabwe Immigration Federation, they said they have a board, then Luke was the Chairperson of a committee. But we will at some point have a discussion with them, possibly on Zoom, so that they can clarify these issues.

So, they are holders of Zimbabwe Exemption Permits who contributed money towards the court case of the Zimbabwe Immigration Federation. When they were contributing money they were told (this is what the ZIF current leadership will explain later on in some other video) that then a business entity was then set up where people made contributions. Then they feared that they’ve been scammed to over about R3 million or more, it has been trending.

So here I got this from the Facebook page of Ezra Tshisa Sibanda, most of you know him so I will simply read what Ezra Tshisa wrote on his Facebook page so that we have a better understanding on what has been happening or is happening.

I quote: “Luke Dzviti was appointed Zimbabwe Immigration Federation ZIF Chairman upon expiry of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permits in 2021. In fact a few months before the expiry. He then decided to form an investment arm of the ZIF but outside control of the organisation and it was named the Zimbabwe Migration Network Program ZMNP.

ZEP holders in the ZIF trusted him because of the work he was doing in the ZIF of taking on the government of South Africa in court on their decision to terminate the ZEP. He was a hero they could trust.

Members started to contribute different amounts in investments and stokvel contributions from R2500 fixed annual contributions and R1000 monthly Stokvel contributions, to mature three times at the end of the year. When the year ended at the end of 2023, members couldn’t receive what was due to them.

Luke was giving excuse after excuse including that the money was audited by an auditing firm that he couldn’t disclose and he said he was on holiday in Zimbabwe, later Zambia, and when members became more reckless he claimed that he had moved to Canada, later saying he was in Canada for a visit. He however couldn’t prove that he was in Canada or even Zambia.

‘He Attacked Me Personally’

Members then decided to open a police case. They were led by an interim Committee of the same organisation since members decided Luke was no longer their leader. A case was opened at Sandton police station reference number is 286/2/2024. The case was opened on 11 February.

He has muted all ZMNP WhatsApp groups and removed all admins and is the only one who can post anything there. Most of the time he posts long defending himself and attacking those questioning him

On the Ezra Tshisa Sibanda show the person said: “Personally I didn’t lose much since what I was supposed to lose our use to get to the UK, but there are hundreds of Zimbabweans with the poor paying jobs who are near in retirement who face a blank future.

This could have been probably their last chance to do something into their retirement but it’s up in smoke but as the law says no one is guilty until proven guilty so Luke Dzviti has to come out of fighting if he is innocent and he should to stop intimidating members and hacking their phones as some accusing him of doing.”

So this is what Ezra Tshisa Sibanda posted he says posted as received. So it is not Ezra who wrote this he, received this message and posted on his Facebook page as received so when we did the first video about Luke Dzviti attacked me instead of addressing the issues that are at hand.

He decided to attack me personally saying there’s a Ndebele leader, bringing ethnicity into this whole thing. In Zimbabwe when people cannot engage in the battle of ideas. When they lose a discussion, they throw the tribal card either they throw the tribal card or they throw the CIO card then they will say no who have been said to are CIO simple because someone will have lost their debate.

‘The People Want Their Money’

So instead of Luke Dzviti addressing the concerns that were raised in the first video because we were contacted by victims, he then said no this is jealousy. Whether they are winning against the South African government – that’s neither here nor there. The issue is people want their money.

So when they were accusing me of being jealous of what Zimbabwe Immigration Federation is doing in the courts I said do not respond to such because that’s a side show.

The issue is people trusted you with their money and you have disappeared with their money that’s the issue. So this is what one person wrote for that to Ezra Tshisa Sibanda but like I said we will at some point have a discussion with the leadership of the Zimbabwe immigration Federation.

They said they have a board their organisation is led by a board then there is a committee which Luke was leading so when we produced that video they were unhappy because they were saying why am I saying that Luke is the chairman of Zimbabwe Immigration Federation.

They never informed us because I asked them whether they have issued a public statement, a public statement that Luke had resigned from the Zimbabwe Immigration Federation. There was no such statement, so some of us we do not have the gift of Prophecy to prophesy that one is no longer there. We don’t have such
